- Do you want to learn to facilitate a highly effective, participant-led process that has been described as the most powerful leadership and meeting approach for the 21st century?
- Would you like to learn a way to rapidly increase participation, equality, engagement, inclusion, ownership, and energy for change within your organisation, community or project?
- Would you like to enable groups to identify critical issues, voice their passions and concerns, learn from each other, and take collective responsibility for finding solutions?
- Would you like to learn about a process, practice and philosophy that is flexible and strong enough to work with a few people or with thousands, for a few hours or over several days or more?
This workshop is primarily aimed at people with limited or no experience of Open Space facilitation. It will run in part as an Open Space event, with plenty of time for discussion and learning together.
The workshop facilitators are Liz Martins, Julia Stafford and Marilyn Easton. See www.aworldinwaiting.eu for an example of their Open Space work.
Cost: £95 which includes a workbook, light lunch and refreshments. Please contact Julia or Liz (details below) to discuss if finance excludes your participation.
