Development Officer PT
Hours: 21 hours over 3 days including one hour unpaid lunch
Reporting to: Development Manager
HLF Grade: E
Salary: £22,117 - £25,657 prorated per annum
To assist the Development Manager and the South West team in providing clear feedback and honest advice through HLF’s Project Enquiry service and supporting the planning, implementation and evaluation of outreach strategies in the South West.
The Development Officer will be part of the team that will support good quality applications and stimulate interest particularly in geographical areas of low HLF investment – “cold spots” - and amongst underrepresented or targeted communities reflecting the make-up of the South West’s population.

Grief Support Workers assist age-appropriate and productive communication between carers and the young people they support through an array of services.

Circles South West helps the Police and Probation to make your community safer by holding to account offenders convicted of sexual offences. Circles of four or five Volunteers work with an offender, meeting them on a regular basis to monitor their behaviour and support their reintegration into the community.
Circles' Volunteers are from all walks of life. They are emotionally stable and approachable people who have a mature outlook. They combine an empathic approach with the ability to maintain firm boundaries.
