Previous projects

2003-2006: Regeneration South West Network(RSWN)
Funded by Government Office South West, the RSWN project was designed to make it easier for people working in the fields of regeneration, renewal and social inclusion to share experience, learn from each other and to find out about regional developments.

The project has now been integrated into the work of Creating Excellence, the South West centre for sustainable communities.

The Network’s overall mission is for:
  • More effective, long term and co-ordinated action to improve neighbourhoods and the quality of life for communities of place and people in the South West.
  • Better programmes, policies and projects tackling regeneration, renewal and social exclusion.

Visit the ‘Networking’ pages on the Creating Excellence website.

2004-2005: Sustainable Funding Pilot Project (SFP)
Commencing in March 2004, South West Forum and NCVO ran a 12 month programme working with voluntary and community sector organisations in the South West to develop their plans for earning income from trading goods and services.
